Order Cancellation

• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our returns policy below.

Return Eligibility

• Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
4. Ship the Item: Use the return shipping label provided in your RA email to send the item back. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
